We have believed in it fully, and we have fought for it, before turning our idea into something concrete: creating ColFondo Agricolo, a brand that certifies – leaving no space for any doubt – the fine quality of our wines. This tribute is a homage to the hills of Treviso and to their value, because this is not just about a bottle-fermented wine, but about an unbreakable link between vines, territory and people.

What we have in common

We are vintners, farmers, craftsmen. We are wine producers and hard workers. We’re twentyone, all from the hills of Treviso. Our wineries are in Veneto, in the Pedemontana Trevigiana region, which goes from Vittorio Veneto to Asolo. A land mostly made of morainic hills, each with its specific soil and climate.

ColFondo, but clear

We’re the people of ColFondo, because what unites us is the choice of a wine doesn’t look perfect visually, is bottle-fermented and preserves the sediments of the fermentation. But we’re also about transparency, because the wine we make is a true and frank wine: we’ve gathered our courage and heart to pursue what we believe in. And it is following this honesty that we want to point out that the only risk with Colfondo Agricolo is that it’s easy to drink: it will be difficult to resist the temptation of opening another botter.
