We like hands. Hands that get dirty, that dig in the soil, select one grape at a time, cut shoots, gesticulate, slice salami, shake hands. We chose to put all these hands and what they do to protect the tradition of the hills of Treviso and their bottle-fermented wines under the brand ColFondo Agricolo. This joins the names of seventeen vintners, and their respective wineries, who have the ambition of bringing the wine of their rural tradition very far – even to the Moon. A long-lived wine that is not afraid to age, not even in a bottle.
